Local Delivery NL 

1. What is the cost for shipping within the Netherlands? 

We offer FREE shipping for orders above €75,- The standard shipping rates are €5,95     

2. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me? 

Typically, it's delivered within 1 - 3 working days. Please keep these timeframes in mind as you anticipate the arrival of your package.      

3. How do I track my order? 

We will keep you informed about the delivery status as soon as your order is processed. Please make sure to check your inbox, as we will send you an email containing a tracking code to monitor the progress of your package at every step. If you are unable to locate it, kindly check your Junk Mail folder. 

4. Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed? 

Sure thing! If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, simply reach out to our customer support via email as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist you, provided the order hasn't been shipped yet. Keep in mind that once the order is shipped, address changes may not be feasible. So, don't hesitate to email us promptly!  

International Delivery EU 

1. What is the cost for shipping for international delivery? 

Kindly check the rates on our website upon checkout. 

2. What are the international shipping methods? 

For international deliveries, we use DHL. 

3. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me? And what about pre-orders? 

Typically, it's delivered within 7 - 10 working days for International Delivery. Please keep these timeframes in mind as you anticipate the arrival of your package.  Pre-orders deliveries take 2-3 weeks after request.     

4. How do I track my order?

6. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges? 

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. TUDUNGPEOPLE has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity. 

7. My country is not listed during checkout. What should I do? 

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us via our contact form on our website. We'll work to find a solution and ensure you can place your order or provide you with alternative shipping options if available for your location.
